All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
In case of high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you via email or SMS if there is any significant delay.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India, including Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We may offer free shipping on selected products or during promotional campaigns, which will be clearly mentioned on the product or checkout page.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:

Metro & Tier 1 cities: 3–5 business days

Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–8 business days

Remote locations: Up to 10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, or other external factors.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can track your shipment using the provided link until the order is delivered.

6. Delivery Partners

IndiKartNest works with trusted third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.
IndiKartNest will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If you receive a damaged package or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos for verification.
After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
